Numerous Articles were submitted by Akwa Ibomites within the age range of 16 to 30 years. The initial prizes were N30,000, N20,000 and N10,000 for first, second and third place winners respectively. However, at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in Nigeria, the benefactor, Engr.
